Job Description
This is a direct company requirement for a Spreadsheet Data Cleaner. The job is fully work from home and freelance based. The main task is to clean and organise raw Excel sheets provided by the company. Many companies collect large amounts of data from websites, forms and surveys. That data often contains errors, duplicate rows, spelling mistakes, blank fields and wrong formatting. Your role is to correct those issues and prepare a clean and usable spreadsheet.
You will receive Excel or Google Sheets files. You need to remove duplicate entries, correct alignment, standardise date formats, fix spelling errors, remove unwanted symbols, and ensure all columns are properly arranged. If you have basic Excel knowledge, you can do this work easily. This is not a marketing job. It is pure data cleaning work.
If you are already working as a Data Entry / Data Collection Worker or Excel Report Maker, this opportunity is similar but focused more on correcting and cleaning data.
Responsibilities
- Remove duplicate rows from spreadsheet
- Correct spelling mistakes in names and addresses
