Job Description
This is a direct company requirement for managing online Discord communities. The selected candidates will work as Discord Server Moderator on part time basis. This is a work from home job. You only need basic PC skills, internet connection and ability to manage chats professionally. The company handles online communities related to education, gaming and digital services. Your role is to maintain discipline and ensure smooth communication.
The job mainly involves monitoring chats, removing spam, warning rule breakers and helping new members. You must understand basic Discord features like channels, roles, permissions and message management. Freshers can apply. Training guidance will be provided after selection.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Discord server chats regularly
- Remove spam, fake links and abusive messages
- Assign roles to new members
- Answer basic queries of users
- Maintain discipline according to server rules
- Report serious issues to admin team
Required Skills
Basic PC skills are enough. You must know how to use keyboard, internet browser and Discord platform. Good typing speed is helpful but not mandatory. Communication skills in simple English or Hindi is acceptable. You should stay calm while handling arguments.
If you have experience as Comment Moderator (YouTube / Instagram) or Telegram / WhatsApp Group Moderator, it will be beneficial.
Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum age 18 years
- Basic PC skills required
- Stable internet connection
- Available at least 2-4 hours daily
Salary Details
