Job Description
This is a direct company requirement for Online Chat Support Agent position. The job is fully work from home. You will handle customer queries through chat system only. No calling is required in most cases. You must reply to customer questions related to products, services, payments, order tracking and basic troubleshooting.
The company provides training material. Freshers can apply. If you have basic typing skills and can understand English or Hindi properly, you can start this job. This job is suitable for students, housewives, part-time workers and anyone looking for extra income.
You must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop. Mobile-only work is generally not allowed for this position.
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer messages on website chat panel.
- Provide correct information about products and services.
- Escalate serious complaints to senior team.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Update chat records in system.
Required Skills
Basic typing speed minimum 25 words per minute. Good reading and understanding ability. Basic computer knowledge like using browser, copy paste, email and spreadsheets. If you have experience in Comment Moderator (YouTube / Instagram) or Online Store Chat Responder, it will be helpful but not compulsory.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass. Age 18 years and above. Basic English or Hindi typing required. Freshers welcome. Candidates who worked as Virtual Assistant (Micro Tasks) or Data Entry / Data Collection Worker can easily adjust in this role.
Salary Details
Salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month. Payment depends on shift hours and performance. Some companies pay fixed salary. Some pay base salary plus incentives based on chat handling quality and response time.
