Job Description
This is a direct company requirement for an Online Store Chat Responder. The job is fully work from home and part time. You will handle customer queries through live chat on an online store website. No calling is required. You only need to reply to customers using text messages. This job is suitable for students, housewives, job seekers, and freshers who want to earn from home.
Your main work will involve answering product questions, checking order status, guiding customers for returns, and helping them during purchase. Basic typing speed and simple English understanding is enough. This is not a sales pressure job. It is a support role.
Responsibilities
You will respond to incoming chat messages from customers. You must understand their problem and provide correct information. Sometimes you may need to copy standard replies provided by the company. You should maintain polite communication. You must stay online during your shift timing.
Required Skills
Basic typing skills, simple English reading ability, internet connection, smartphone or laptop. If you have worked earlier as an Online Chat Support Agent or Comment Moderator (YouTube / Instagram), it will be helpful but not compulsory.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification required is 12th pass with basic typing knowledge. Freshers can apply. No experience required. Must be Indian resident. Age 18+.
Salary Details
