This is a direct company requirement for candidates who can format resumes professionally using MS Word. The work is completely work from home. You will receive raw resumes from clients in different formats such as basic text files or unstructured Word documents. Your job is to arrange, align, format and improve presentation quality without changing the original information.
The role mainly involves adjusting margins, fonts, spacing, bullet points, headings, and ensuring the resume looks clean and professional. You are not required to write new content. You only need to structure and format properly. This is suitable for students, freshers, homemakers, and anyone who has basic MS Word knowledge.
If you have worked as a Google Docs Formatter or PDF to Word Conversion Worker, this job will be very easy for you.
You must format resumes according to the provided template. Maintain consistent font size and style. Use proper headings such as Education, Skills, Experience, and Projects. Ensure alignment and spacing are uniform. Remove unnecessary blank spaces and correct basic formatting errors.
Basic MS Word skills are required. You must know how to use bold, italic, underline, paragraph spacing, margins, bullet points and page layout settings. Attention to detail is important. Fast typing is helpful but not mandatory.
